Adopting a DevSecOps Culture in the DoD
An organizational culture of granting decision-making authority to the lowest level (engineers/technical staff) is imperative to effectively adopting a DevSecOps culture. This shift will drastically increase overall speed of delivery, specifically within the DoD, where tool approval and technical decisions often must make their way up and down the organizational chain of command.
