To operate and win in the modern battle space, the DOD and the IC community have aggressively pursued information dominance. This has driven both explosive growth in the decisions space and the need to increase decision agility. In this talk, I’ll define approaches to operating at decision hyperscale including key techniques such as DevSecOps, AIOps, and MLOps. I’ll share experiences applying AI/ML innovation to national security use cases, operating across the air gap at speed and scale, and give our experiences providing secure and trusted analytical tools. While encouraging and exciting progress has been made, challenges persist that will require OSS community engagement to resolve. I look forward to charting a course with you to deliver scalable ML solutions to serve in your key public service mission.
