Judy Hwang is a senior member of the technical staff within the CERT Division of the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (CMU SEI).  She is a results-driven leader with experience using data and emerging technology to achieve strategic and operational goals.  Hwang delivers value by partnering with organizations to mature their capabilities in setting strategic vision for digital strategy, product management and data and analytics.  She enjoys working to affect change at a large scale through a top-down, cohesive effort. 

Prior to joining SEI, Hwang worked at Toyota Financial Services in Marketing Technology and Digital Services.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from MIT and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
