Abstract
In this video, Carol Woody discusses SWA, which is implementing software with confidence that it functions as intended and is free of vulnerabilities, either intentionally or unintentionally designed or inserted as part of the software, throughout the lifecycle.
SWA has been legislatively mandated for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). This worthy goal needs to be translated into practical actions that designers and developers can execute and the DoD can validate.
