Abstract

An organizational culture of granting decision-making authority to the lowest level (engineers/technical staff) is imperative to effectively adopting a DevSecOps culture. Topics will include team organization, effective collaboration, baseline agile practices, treating security as a culture and implementing small but meaningful changes in your team’s process.
