Software Engineering Institute
Scott Sinclair joined the SEI in April 2021 as a software architect under the EISS directorate within the Software Solutions Division. He has over 20 years of experience touching on all aspects of the software design lifecycle. He currently supports multiple DoD programs (including Air Force, DARPA, and Navy) in an effort to advance architecture practices and deliver practical solutions that can be used by the warfighter.
Graduating with a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Sinclair's career began by automating solutions in the warehouse and manufacturing environment. After transitioning to the transportation industry, he delivered architectures, designs, and software implementations in support of providing highly available Command & Control (C2) systems that manage mass transit systems around the globe.
